I like the work much more and I am learning some valuable skills. I am currently slightly underpaid for the work I'm doing, but the company promised to bump my pay to the MS level once I graduate. Ended up taking one, using some of the signing bonus to pay back the old company, and did a move into a design from a validation. I ended up getting 2 offers, each had a TC of almost 2x what my current job was. I then took a verification course over summer and a DFT course in fall.īy then, I felt my skillset improved so I started casually interviewing to get a better idea of the options out there and to practice. I still ended up with an A and an A-, but it was not optimal. That about killed me so I do not recommend taking 2 classes at a time. ![]() ![]() I started by taking 2 courses in the spring of 2020 during full time work.
